Accessibility statement

Last reviewed: 11 October 2026

PLEDGD LTD wants everyone to be able to use pledgd.app and the Pledgd app at app.pledgd.app. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What you should be able to do

How we test

We run automated accessibility checks (axe, against WCAG 2.2 A and AA, in light mode) on the main pages of pledgd.app, including our terms, privacy, refunds and complaints pages, as part of our test suite. We are extending the same checks to the sign-up, commitment, payment and check-in screens of the app.

Known issues

We are not aware of any issues that stop you completing a task.

The card form is provided by Stripe in a secure frame. Stripe states that it supports keyboard and screen reader use; if it does not work for you, tell us and we will help you another way.

If you cannot check in because of an accessibility problem

Email [email protected] before the check-in deadline, or as soon as you can after it. If a charge was caused by a problem with our service, we will refund it.

Ask for help or tell us about a problem

Email [email protected] with the page and what happened. We will reply within 5 working days. If you need information in another format, such as large print or plain text, ask and we will provide it.

If you are not happy with our response, see our complaints procedure. You can also contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
